By purchasing, the client agrees fully and unconditionally to these conditions.

All products (ebooks, PDFs, courses, digital programs, subscriptions, and coaching services) are delivered in digital form. Once delivered, they are considered consumed and non-returnable.

Article 3: Liability Disclaimer

The advice, strategies, and guidance provided by Visionary Ventures are for educational and informational purposes only. Results may vary by individual. Visionary Ventures cannot be held liable for any harm, damages, or losses (financial, emotional, or otherwise) arising from the use or misuse of its materials, advice, or programs. Clients are responsible for applying the information at their own discretion.

Article 4: Refund Policy

• Digital products (ebooks, PDFs, courses, subscriptions): Non-refundable once purchased.

• Continuity offers (subscriptions, memberships): Renewals are final. If the client does not cancel before the renewal date, no refund will be issued.

• Coaching programs: Refunds are only available within the first 24 hours of purchase. After this period, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including non-use or change of mind.

All video footage, audio recordings, and notes from coaching sessions remain the property of Visionary Ventures. Visionary Ventures reserves the right to use these materials for internal training, marketing, and promotional purposes. While client likeness (visual image) will not be used without consent, the client’s voice and anonymized content may be used.

Article 7: Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These conditions are governed by the laws of Florida, United States. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
