These Specific Conditions of Sale apply to all digital products, coaching programs, subscriptions, memberships, and related services offered by Visionary Ventures through its websites and sales platforms.
A “Client” is defined as any natural or legal person who places an order through our secure payment system. By purchasing, the Client fully and unreservedly accepts these conditions.

Article 2: Age Requirement

Visionary Ventures only accepts Clients over 18 years of age. Any order placed by a minor will be immediately canceled and refunded.

Article 3: Disclaimer of Liability

Visionary Ventures provides educational, informational, and coaching services. All advice, strategies, and materials shared are for personal and educational purposes only.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes (financial, romantic, professional, or otherwise).
Visionary Ventures cannot be held liable for any loss, harm, or damage (direct or indirect) resulting from the use or misuse of our content, coaching, or digital products.
By purchasing, the Client accepts full responsibility for their decisions, actions, and outcomes.

Article 4: Orders and Payments

Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Accepted payment methods: credit card via secure platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Systeme.io).
Recurring payments (subscriptions, memberships, continuity offers) will automatically renew unless canceled by the Client before the renewal date.

Article 5: Refund Policy

Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, Courses, Memberships, Subscriptions): Non-refundable once delivered, due to their digital nature.
Continuity Offers / Subscriptions: Renewals are non-refundable if the Client does not cancel prior to the next billing date.
Coaching Programs & Services: Refunds available within 24 hours of purchase only. After this time, no refunds will be granted—even if the Client decides not to use or complete the program.
Change of Mind: Refunds are not available if the Client changes her mind or chooses not to participate after the 24-hour window.

Article 6: Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically to the email address provided by the Client. Visionary Ventures is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact information or technical issues beyond our control.

Article 7: Intellectual Property & Media Rights

All materials, workbooks, guides, recordings, and coaching resources are the exclusive intellectual property of Visionary Ventures. They may not be shared, copied, or redistributed without written consent.
Video/Audio Sessions: All coaching sessions conducted via video or audio may be recorded. The voice recordings (but not the Client’s likeness or image) remain the property of Visionary Ventures and may be used for marketing, training, and promotional purposes.
By participating, the Client grants Visionary Ventures unlimited rights to use such recordings for business purposes, provided that their personal identity (name, image, likeness) is not disclosed without explicit written consent.

Article 8: Privacy and Data Protection

Client data is collected only for order processing and service delivery. Visionary Ventures complies with applicable data protection laws. Clients may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal information by contacting us directly.

Article 9: Governing Law

These Specific Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of competent courts in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Article 10: Acceptance

By purchasing, the Client acknowledges:

They have read and understood these Specific Conditions.
They accept that results are not guaranteed.
They agree to the refund and media-use policies.
